IMR demonstrates our commitment to our employees through our comprehensive benefits program. The following benefits are available to employees who work 30+ hours per week, in accordance with policy.

  • BlueCross BlueShield Medical
    • IMR pays 80 percent of the employee premium for medical.
  • Dental, vision and individual group life insurance.
    • IMR pays 100 percent of the employee premium for dental, vision and $25,000 group life insurance
  • Employee-funded retirement plan: 403(b) Plan
    • New hires can contribute immediately
    • After 6 months of employment, IMR matches at a rate of 7 percent of compensation deferred up to a maximum of $5000 annually.
    • Vested after 3 years of employment
    • Available to employees who work at least 20 hours/week
  • Short-term disability (Voluntary)
    • Employees who elect this benefit pay 100 percent of the premium.
  • Long-term disability (Voluntary)
    • Employees who elect this benefit pay 100 percent of the premium.
  • Additional Life & ADD Coverage available at group rates.
  • 11 observed national holidays
  • 13 days of vacation leave per year
    • After 3 years of full-time employment, increases to 20 vacation days per year
